• While reading the book, I felt like I was being taken on a personal journey into the "lifestyle" of an experienced, vegetarian, vegan, raw foodie who figured out how to get her child to eat more greens by drinking "green smoothies" long before drinking green smoothies became the most popular, healthiest way to lose weight, feel great and maintain great health. Gabrielle doesn't miss anything on Smoothies, Raw Food, Greens or anything in between!

  • As a physician I will prescribe this book to most of my patients....that's basic knowledge you need for living a better life....and it's well presented, so just go for it! Good and wise nutitrition should be our most important medication....I hope that more and more of my colleagues remember these words from Hippokrates!

  • I have other similar recipe collections, but this one is the best. The recipes are simple, use easy ingredients, and taste good. Nothing too "exotic" required, and I loved the inclusion of the author's family's assessments of the recipes.
